~The Garden Venue~

Outdoor venue hosting a garden wedding will accommodate up to 50 guests and require booking 12 months in advance. A deposit of 50% is required on all venues 12 months in advance of the date booked. Final payment for all venue require to be paid in full 6 months in advance of the date booked.

Outdoor venue hosting a Friday night Moonlight Wedding can be booked 12 months in advance. A deposit of 50% is required on this venue12 months in advance of the date booked. Final payment for all venue require to be paid in full 6 months in advance of the date booked.

~Change in Garden Venue~

{Bad weather}

The Pink Ivy is not responsible for an act of God and therefore no reimbursement in full or partial payment to the customer will be issued for rainy days. However, in the event of extreme bad weather, and need to move guests from outdoors into the log cabin, additional costs will apply. The Pink Ivy will not be responsible for any ceremony delays, while changing venues in that time.

~Choreographed Sessions~

Due to the delicate nature of our business our booked times for wedding ceremonies and garden time are all carefully coordinated. It is critical to our business as well as our customers, that an agreement be met between customer and The Pink Ivy, to avoid at all cost, any over lapping in times. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all guests arrive and depart on the times agreed upon. We appreciate all guests respecting and up holding this policy.

Final payment of total cost for ceremony service require to be paid in full one month in advance of date booked. Payment to be made directly to The Pink Ivy.

~Fresh & Permanent Botanical~

Due to the fluctuating cost of fresh floral, prices may vary that are beyond our control. Our prices of fresh floral packages are determined by the estimated cost only and may need adjusting at final payment.

A deposit of 25% of the estimated cost is required and to be placed with us 6 months in advance on fresh packages in order to reserve your flowers. Failing to place a deposit within the guidelines, some selection of flowers may not be available to us at that time.

A deposit of 25% on all permanent botanical packages are required of 6 months in advance. Failing to place a deposit within the guidelines, some selection of flowers may not be available to us at that time.

A deposit of 25% on permanent botanical custom decor pieces for home and garden are required of at least 6 months in advance.

Final payment of total cost must be paid at at pick-up time of floral.

All wedding floral are available to our customers without the booking of other services.

~Consultation Fees~

All consultation fees are paid at first greeting.

In the event of promotion and complimentary certificates, the amount value on the certificate will be adjusted at the time of final payment.

~Privacy~

All business agreements between customer/ business associates with The Pink Ivy are strictly confidential. Contents in any form of financial agreements between these parties and The Pink Ivy are kept at the highest level of discretion.

Names, information and advertisement will not be used without the permission of the customer and or business associate first.

We do not share with or accommodate others who may compromise the integrity of our business, productivity and quality of our reputation and those of our contacts. With our contact's best interest at heart, we entrust on good faith, to continue offering the very best in goods and services. We reserve the right to refuse any product or service that does not meet the requirements of our policy.

In order to protect our customers privacy time, our facility will remain by appointment only for all bookings.

To preserve privacy we will provide location information directly to you at your convenience either by mail, phone, Fax or e-mail at time of bookings.

~Cancellation~

~The floral's~

The customer may cancel an order on either fresh or faux floral. The customer will not be reimbursed for any consultation fees.

If the customer cancels and fresh flowers have not been ordered, the customer will be reimbursed in the full amount of 25% stated on the receipt. Purchase receipt is required and no reimbursement to the customer will be issued without one.

However, if the customer cancels after placing a deposit on fresh floral, and flowers have been ordered, the deposit fee will not be reimbursed. Because your flowers are custom ordered and specifically for your wedding, we cannot re-sell the floral in time and will result in a loss to The Pink Ivy.

If the customer cancels after placing a deposit on permanent botanical floral and bouquets have not been created, the deposit fee will be reimbursed in the full amount of 25% stated on the receipt. Purchase receipt is required and no reimbursement to the customer will be issued without one.

However, if the customer cancels after placing a deposit on permanent botanical floral and bouquets are created, the deposit fee will not be reimbursed. Because permanent floral can be created in advance, the work and time involved creating the flowers will result in a loss to The Pink Ivy.

~The Venue~

Customers will not receive either full or partial reimbursement of the original 50% deposit for venue cancellation.

Notification of any changes or requests made by the customer to any package and or form of agreement, must be done in person and within a reasonable amount of time. Some changes may or may not be guaranteed based on time and availability. A difference in money, if applicable, must be paid in full prior to any changes made by The Pink Ivy.

~Marriage License in Manitoba~

The Marriage License must be obtained at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the ceremony. It is valid anywhere in Manitoba for three (3) months from the date of issue.

The parties to the marriage must be present together and over eighteen (18) years of age.

Proof of age must be shown to purchase a Marriage License.
Acceptable Documents are:

Birth Certificate /Citizenship Certificate /Passport /Canada Immigration documents

If you don't have these documents, we can contact Vital Statistics for a list of other acceptable documents.

Divorced persons must produce their Certificate of Divorce or Decree Absolute.

Widowers or widows must produce a death certificate or newspaper clipping.

All documents must be in English or French.

No blood test is required in Manitoba.
